In the realm of portable gaming there is only one console worth playing: the Playstation Portable. With all of the multimedia capabilities, this portable is the most versatile unit available and has the best games for players looking for challenging or mature gameplay. Unfortunately, many of the newer games carry a heavy price tag and might limit how many games you actually own. With that said, here is my list of the best inexpensive titles you may have missed.
First up is a pair of games, LOCO ROCO and LOCO ROCO 2. Both games are under $30 each and are perfect for platform-minded gamers looking for short (or long) bursts of fun. LOCO ROCO brought an astoundingly innovated perspective to platforming that has since been copied quite a bit. Players use the bumper buttons to make the fluid nature of the game roll around the levels. It's kind of like using water to traverse the Mushroom Kingdom. The LOCO ROCO series is only available on the PSP and well worth the investment.
